We operate in the private healthcare environment and provide specialised pathology services for the corporate, insurance and industrial sectors.

SANAS Accredited (ISO Standard 15189), more then 100 Specialist Pathologists.

To deliver consistent quality at every level of our business, Lancet Laboratories’ Quality Assurance team works hard to achieve and maintain SANAS accreditation throughout its structure, adhering to the highest international criteria set out according to ISO Standard 15189.

The Quality Assurance department is responsible for ensuring that the Quality Management System (QMS) is implemented and maintained in all laboratories and departments within Lancet Labs.

Our objectives are to attain accreditation to ISO 15189 for laboratories and certification to ISO 9001 for all support departments.

The Information Technology team at Lancet Laboratories is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the digital infrastructure that supports the company's pathology services. Key activities include providing IT support and service desk assistance, developing and managing information systems, overseeing network and infrastructure engineering, and ensuring data backup and security. They also facilitate IT training and coordinate technical projects to optimize operational efficiency and service delivery.
