Espen Johansen

Espen Johansen is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as Project Director at Lancium since March 2022, Espen has also held the position of Owner and President at Sandholmen Consulting since January 2008. Prior positions include Senior Facilities Engineer and Area Construction Manager at Equinor, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing significant projects like Peregrino 2 and Johan Castberg. Notably, Espen was an EIT Lead Engineer at Eni Norge AS for the Goliat FPSO, leading engineering teams to ensure compliance with industry standards.
