Zachary Hartman

Zachary Hartman is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in land brokerage and development. As the Managing Director for Land Advisors Organization since April 2010, Zachary opened the Salt Lake City office and specializes in advising various entities on the acquisition and disposition of land assets in Utah. Previous roles include Land Broker at Independent Real Estate and Director at Hawkins Capital Partners, focusing on capital raises and private equity. Zachary also served as Vice President of Development at Simmons Outdoor Media, overseeing billboard acquisitions and developments. Zachary holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Utah.
