Darvis Gill

Darvis Gill is the current Director of Hotel Operations at Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort. Prior to their current position, Darvis was the Operations Manager at Crothall Healthcare from January 2014 to December 2015. Darvis was responsible for the cleaning of all surgical and non-surgical areas and coordinated and executed plans to maintain 1.7 million square feet of floor care. From January 2007 to December 2010, Darvis was the Housekeeping Manager at Grand Casino Biloxi. Darvis managed the day to day operations of Housekeeping, EVS and laundry services at the 496 room union property. From January 2012 to December 2014, Darvis was the Director Of Housekeeping at Wyndham Ave Plaza Vacation Ownership. Darvis was the department head responsible for room cleaning quality, deep cleaning schedules, laundry and common area. Darvis had direct responsibility and control of all financials for the department. From January 2010 to December 2012, they were the Asst. Executive Housekeeping Manager at IP Casino Resort and Spa. And from January 2004 to October 2009, Darvis was a Business Owner at Janitize Green Cleaning Services.

Darvis Gill has a business administration degree from Mary Holmes College and a business administration and management degree from West Point High School. Darvis is certified by the Green Clean Institute as a Green Cleaning Manager Expertise and by Caesars Entertainment Corporation as a Kaizen (Continuous Improvement) Expert.

Darvis Gill works with Kevin Brady - VP, Casino Operations, Gretchen Holzhauser - VP, Human Resources, and Dennis Pearse - Director, Hotel and Food & Beverage. Darvis Gill reports to LuAnn Pappas, CEO.
