From 2017 to 2020, Chip served as the Director of Capital Markets and National Sales at First State Bank.
Most recently, in 2020, Chip joined PHH Mortgage as the Vice President of Enterprise Sales. Chip was responsible for establishing partnerships, sourcing and closing large transfers of servicing, and establishing PHH as a buyer on Fannie Mae's platform.
Currently, Chip is the Vice President of the Financial Institutions Services Division at Land Home Financial Services, Inc., where they oversee mortgage lending, servicing, and fulfillment services for banks and credit unions.
