David Waite

David Waite has over 30 years of work experience. In 1988, they joined Land Home Financial Services, Inc. as the Managing Director of Corporate Ventures. During their time there, the company grew to have over 60 retail branches nationwide and funded over 10,000 loans a year. In 2013, David Waite founded SFR Ventures, a company focused on real estate investment and development. As the CEO, they are responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, performing comprehensive financial analysis, executing funding transactions, and utilizing value-add strategies for investment properties.

David Waite attended UC Santa Barbara from 1980 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business/Economics & Geography. Additionally, they obtained a Real Estate Brokers License from the Department of Real Estate, CA in 1987. The exact month of obtaining the certification is unknown.
