Nick Morgan has a diverse work experience in the financial services industry. Nick started their career at JPMorgan Chase in 1995, where they worked for 13 years and eventually became the Vice President and Lending Manager for Idaho and Eastern Washington. In this role, they were responsible for achieving lending production goals in 32 bank branches.

In 2014, Nick moved to Sierra Pacific Mortgage Company, Inc. as an Area Manager. Nick held this position for five years before joining Land Home Financial Services, Inc. in 2019. At Land Home Financial Services, Nick initially worked as the Regional Manager for the Pacific Northwest and was later promoted to the role of Area Manager for the Pacific NW Market. In this position, they were responsible for managing an existing footprint and expanding the company's presence in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.

Currently, Nick serves as the Divisional Vice President of Sales for the Western Division at Land Home Financial Services, Inc. Here, they lead a team and oversees sales operations across the Western Division.

Nick Morgan completed their high school education at Kuna High School from 1987 to 1991. Afterward, from 1991 to 1996, they attended the College of Idaho, where they pursued a degree in International Business and Business Administration, with a focus on Business and German Language.
