John Marks

John Marks is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in database administration and IT operations. Since June 2017, John has served as a Senior Database Administrator at LandVantage, a division of PakEnergy. Prior to this role, John worked at Chesapeake Energy from January 1997 to November 2015, where responsibilities included positions such as Database Administrator Specialist, IT Operations Liaison (Sr. Project Manager), IT Operations Supervisor, Sr. Database Administrator, Systems Administrator, and Programming Coordinator. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma, completed between 1994 and 1996.
