Robert V.

Robert V. has over 17 years of work experience in the hospitality industry. Robert started their career in 2003 as a Hospitality Employee for multiple hospitality companies. In 2009, they joined RAI Amsterdam as a Supervisor of RAI Hotel Services, where they were responsible for the teams Operations, IT, Marketing and Financial Administration. Robert also served as a Member of the Company Council, IT Project Manager, and Implementation Specialist EBMS. In 2017, they moved to Booking.com as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for implementing all changes (product updates, process innovation, organizational changes) within the 200+ local offices worldwide. In 2019, they joined Land Life Company as a Business Information Manager, Project Manager Operations, and Operations Manager. In 2020, they joined Stichting All for Children as a Secretary, where they helped with the operation of Anna Home.

Robert V. has an extensive educational background. Robert obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Hospitality Management from Stenden from 2005 to 2010. In 2014, they completed a Course at Capgemini. In 2015, they completed an HBO Change Management program at ISBW. Robert also obtained an Expert in Sales certification from Kenneth Smit in 2016. Prior to this, they attended Groene Hart Lyceum from 1999 to 2005 and obtained a VWO - Atheneum with a Profiel in Economie en Maatschappij. In addition, Robert V. has a certification from the Forum for Young Professionals at ICCA, which they obtained in November 2015.
