Tjeerd Anema

Tjeerd Anema is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer and acting CEO at Land Life Company since February 2020, Tjeerd successfully led a EUR 5 million capital raise and achieved significant year-on-year growth while expanding the organization’s geographic footprint and team size. Prior to this, Tjeerd worked as an Independent Consultant for Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials and ForestEffect Fund, providing strategic and financial management support. Tjeerd also held the position of Finance Director at Shell Chemicals Europe B.V. and Shell Company of Australia, where responsibilities included driving performance, managing budgets, and leading significant transitions such as the divestment of Shell Company of Australia. Tjeerd holds an M.Sc in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, obtained in 1994, along with additional education completed in 2019.
