Cayla Hittmeier

Cayla Hittmeier, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and positions. Cayla began their career at Neuhoff Media Decatur in 2001, working as a Co-host of Byers & Co. and also as an Advertising Sales Representative. From there, they joined United Cerebral Palsy Land of Lincoln in 2006, where they held the role of UCP - Decatur until 2008. Subsequently, they joined Herald & Review in 2008 as a Digital Advertising Manager until 2017. Currently, they are employed at Land of Lincoln Credit Union, initially serving as the Senior Vice President Marketing and subsequently as the Chief Marketing Officer, starting in July 2017.

Cayla Hittmeier earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Richland Community College between 1994 and 1996. Later, they attended the University of Illinois Springfield, where they obtained their MBA in Marketing between 1997 and 2001. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Google AdWords from Google Partners in July 2015.
