Sosena Mulatu

Sosena Mulatu is an accomplished professional specializing in gender, youth, and social inclusion with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently serving as the Gender, Youth and Social Inclusion Specialist at Land O'Lakes Venture37 since August 2023, Sosena has previously held roles such as Gender Specialist at the Forum of Federations from December 2018 to June 2023, and Gender and SBCC Advisor at Population Services International/Ethiopia from February to December 2018. Additional experience includes positions as Gender Assistant Advisor at the Institute of International Education, Gender Advisor at CARE, and Program Officer at World Learning. Earlier in the career, Sosena served as Projects Officer at the Organization for Women in Self Employment (WISE). Academically, Sosena holds a Master of Arts in Gender Studies from Addis Ababa University, a Bachelor of Education in Geography from Bahir Dar University, and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Education and Promotion from Jimma University.
