We connect land and private capital - bringing together landowners, developers and HNWIs through land deals and property-backed funding across the South-West of England.

Bristol Property Awards 2025 – Finance Winner
Recognised for providing structured capital to the Bristol Zoo Gardens redevelopment and wider capital deployment across the South West.

HNWI / Private Investors

We source, structure and manage secure, asset & property-backed investment opportunities designed to deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns.

Acting as General Partner, I manage the full investment lifecycle for our Limited Partners, from capital deployment through to loan redemption, ensuring clear security, transparent terms and defined exit strategies throughout.

Developers

We provide creative development finance and alternative funding solutions to unlock sites, improve cashflow, and move projects forward, particularly where traditional lenders can’t help.

Landowners / Buyers

If you’re buying, selling, or looking to maximise the value of land, I’ll support acquisition and disposal and connect you with the right people to achieve the best outcome.
