Charles Ottinger has extensive experience in the title and escrow industry, currently serving as a Commercial Closing Agent at Land Title Guarantee Company since September 2016, where responsibilities include handling refinances and attorney-driven transactions. Prior to this role, Charles was a Commercial Escrow Officer at First Integrity Title Company, managing purchases and refinances while maintaining an active Colorado Title License and serving as a Notary Public. Charles began a career as a Landman at J. Fred Hambright, Inc., focusing on lease work in Kansas and Nebraska, along with in-depth courthouse title research and landowner relations. Charles holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Arkansas and has legal education from Washburn University School of Law.
