Chay H. currently serves as the Assistant Manager for Operations & Contingency Planning at the Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this, Chay held the role of Senior Executive in Crisis Planning & Operations at Sengkang General Hospital, contributing to the development of medical response scenarios and operational plans from August 2022 to March 2024. Chay's experience includes significant roles at the Housing & Development Board, focusing on organisational resilience from January 2019 to August 2022, and an internship at KPMG Singapore, where work involved financial services consulting in blockchain and IFRS 17 implementation. Earlier career experience includes being an Application Consultant at InfoHub Solutions Pte Ltd, specializing in business intelligence platforms, and an internship at ST Aerospace on the Airbus A330 conversion program. Chay holds an MBA from Singapore Management University and a Master of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Bath.
