Jerome Lau

Jerome Lau is an accomplished professional in the field of engineering and operations management with extensive experience in the land transport and defense sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Contracts at the Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore since May 2021, Jerome previously held the position of Head of Wheel Operations at ST Engineering Land Systems from March 2019 to April 2021, overseeing MRO operations for Armoured Wheeled Vehicles, managing a team of 50, and generating $10M annually. Jerome's career also includes a role as Senior Engineer at ST Kinetics, where contributions included managing a team of 20, meeting operational KPIs, and revamping work instructions. Jerome holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, obtained in 2015.
