They manage the Alliance's brand, oversee social media and digital marketing efforts, handle media relations, and create compelling content to drive awareness and engagement for land conservation. This team ensures coherent and impactful messaging to support the 950 member land trusts nationwide, advocating for the importance of preserving private lands for future generations.

This team plays a crucial role in equipping land trusts with the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to effectively conserve land for future generations.

Training and Coordination

The Leadership Team at Land Trust Alliance sets the strategic direction and ensures the effective execution of the organization's mission. This team, comprising the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, Vice President of Finance, President & CEO, Vice President of Education, and Vice President of Conservation Initiatives, collaborates to advocate for land conservation, develop educational programs, manage financial resources, and communicate the importance of conserving lands for future generations. Together, they work to support the 950 member land trusts and promote land conservation nationwide.

Leadership Team

The Finance and Accounting team at the Land Trust Alliance oversees financial operations to ensure the organization's fiscal health and compliance. The Accountant manages day-to-day transactions and bookkeeping, the Controller maintains financial stability and internal control, the Financial Analyst provides budgeting and financial planning insights, and the Vice President of Finance leads the strategic financial planning and reporting efforts. Together, they support the organization's mission to conserve land by ensuring financial transparency and sustainability.
