Charlie Tomlinson

Charlie Tomlinson is the current Head of Accounting at Landa. Charlie has extensive knowledge in US GAAP and Financial Statement presentation for investment companies. Charlie also has experience in developing and maintaining all REIT Income and Asset Testing Analyses; Federal and Multiple State Tax Compliance, Investor Reporting and IRR analysis. Furthermore, they have also done Tax Research and Entity Structure Analysis.

Before their current position, they were the Vice President- Fund Accounting at CMS Companies from January 2002 to December 2005. Charlie was also the Controller at Keating Development Company from August 1998 to September 2002.

Charlie Tomlinson completed a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at the University of Maryland. Prior to that, they completed a College Preparatory program and an Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program at Radnor High School.

Their manager is Yishai Cohen, CEO. They are on a team with Neeraj Kumar - General Counsel, Nati Levi - VP, R&D, and Sanket Kumar - VP, Acquisitions.
