Neil Slater is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Redevco and serves as Chairperson for LandAid since April 2022. Previously, Neil held several key roles at abrdn from August 2011 to September 2023, including Global Head of Real Estate and Global Head of Real Assets, as well as CEO and Representative Director for both Aberdeen Standard Investments (Japan) Limited and Standard Life Investments Japan. Neil's earlier experience includes senior positions at Man Investments, Weil Gotshal and Manges, Addleshaw Goddard, and Arthur Andersen. Academic qualifications consist of an MA (Hons) in History from the University of St Andrews, an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School, a Legal Practice Course from BPP Law School, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from The College of Law, and advanced executive training from MIT Sloan School of Management.
