Neil Wotherspoon is a seasoned building surveyor with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Senior Director, Partner, Technical Partner, and Senior Associate at TFT since October 2015, Neil also contributes as a Scotland Board Member for LandAid starting April 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Associate Building Surveyor at AECOM from October 2010 to October 2015, overseeing the Edinburgh Building Surveying team. Neil began their career at Watts Group PLC in 2003, advancing from Graduate Building Surveyor to Associate before leaving in October 2010. Neil is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2006 and holds a first-class degree in Building Surveying from Heriot-Watt University, completed in 2002.
