Chip Halbert

Chip Halbert serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Landau Associates since May 2020, where responsibilities include collaborating with corporate and design teams on new industrial developments and offering expert services in environmental permitting and impacts. Halbert has a long history of governance involvement, including positions on the Board of Directors for Landau Associates and the Himalayan Alliance - Rural Education, where Halbert serves as Vice President. Prior to becoming CEO, Halbert held various roles at Landau Associates, including Chief Strategy Officer and Director of Environmental Permitting and Compliance, and gained experience as a contract researcher for Intel Corporation while pursuing advanced studies in Environmental Engineering at the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.
