Lilyann Bauder

Lilyann Bauder is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in environmental engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at Landau Associates since January 2023, Lilyann previously held the position of Air Quality Project Manager at T-O Engineers, focusing on air quality permitting and compliance. During a significant tenure at the Washington State Department of Ecology, Lilyann contributed as the lead environmental engineer in air and waste management, overseeing regulatory compliance across various environmental programs. Earlier roles include Environmental Engineer at URS Corporation, Associate Engineer at Northwest Agricultural Products, and Undergraduate Lab Assistant at Oregon State University. Lilyann holds a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from Oregon State University and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Washington State University.
