David Grech Calafato

David Grech Calafato has a diverse work experience. David began their career as a Front of House employee at Gourmet Burger Kitchen in 2015. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Professional Dancer for Celebrity Cruises, Inc., where they performed in Major Production Shows and adhered to health and safety policies. In 2018, they briefly worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at MILLENNIUM PERFORMING ARTS LTD., where they provided excellent customer service and created administrative documents. In 2020, they served as an IT Technician Trainee at IT Career Switch. From 2021 to 2022, they worked at The British Academy's Information Technology Service Desk, accurately managing requests and using GoToAssist software to support employees. Currently, they hold the role of 1st & 2nd line IT Support Engineer at LANDBAY, where they began in March 2022 and is currently an IT Engineer.

David Grech Calafato began their education in 2012 at Millennium Performing Arts, Trinity College, where they obtained a National Diploma in Performing Arts in 2015. In 2020, they enrolled at IT Career Switch and completed an IT Technician Traineeship. During the same year, they also started pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computing, IT and Mathematics at The Open University, which they are expected to complete in 2026. In terms of additional certifications, David obtained an ITIL® 4 Foundation CPD from AXELOS Global Best Practice in November 2021 and a CompTIA A+ ce Certification from CompTIA in December 2020.
