Lekan Omotayo

Lekan Omotayo is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in systems architecture and integration. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at LANDBAY since May 2018, Lekan previously held several key positions at Interswitch Limited from November 2006 to December 2017, including Head of Enterprise Architecture and Systems Integration, where responsibilities included enhancing customer payment integration processes and promoting innovation through the API economy. Earlier roles at Interswitch involved overseeing enterprise application integration, managing software project delivery, and leading the development of critical applications such as MobilePAY and VTUCare. Lekan's career began as a Systems Developer at MTech Communications and a Systems Administrator at Geomatics Nigeria Ltd. Lekan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University.
