Toby Ewert

Toby Ewert is a Co-Founder and Director of Ewert Leaf, a design firm based in Melbourne. Toby has been with the company since November 2009 and is responsible for promoting a brand of architecture that is specific to site and programmatic requirements tailored to the client's design aspirations. Toby Ewert has a strong focus on sustainable developments and emphasizes the need to confront environmental challenges. Toby understands the relationships between architecture, urban design, and landscape architecture.

In 2015, Toby Ewert also co-founded Landchecker, a platform that gathers all the necessary information about a property for due diligence purposes. The platform helps people make informed investment decisions.

In 2019, Toby Ewert became a Co-Founder of ELi Labs, focusing on harnessing technology, architecture, and design thinking to incubate and scale physical and digital projects.

Before their current roles, Toby Ewert worked as an Architect at TM Design Group (Aust.) Pty Ltd from August 2004 to January 2010.

Toby Ewert attended the University of Melbourne from 1997 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Architecture degree in the field of architecture.
