James Arena is an experienced professional in property development and acquisitions, currently serving as Director of Acquisitions at Landcom since October 2022. Prior to this role, James worked in Development Advisory at TAJA for a brief period in 2022 and held various significant positions, including Development Director at BHL Group and Landcom, and Senior Development Manager at Bloom Holding and Qatari Diar. James has extensive expertise in both commercial and residential property development, spanning roles at Sydney Airport and Government Property NSW. James holds a Master's Degree in Property Investment and Development from Western Sydney University, along with multiple qualifications in property valuation and corporate real estate.
