Acquisition and Planning Team

The Acquisition and Planning Team at Landcom is responsible for identifying and securing surplus or underutilised government-owned sites and large institutional land holdings. They work to masterplan these sites into vibrant urban places, ensuring an increase in housing affordability, supply, and diversity. Through a collaborative approach, the team integrates community facilities, open spaces, and essential services into their projects, aligning with the NSW Government’s goals to enhance social and economic value in Greater Sydney and regional areas.
