Matthew Knight

Matthew Knight currently serves as the EGM of Finance and Investment at Landcom, having previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Centennial, where responsibilities included overseeing financial strategy and management for a portfolio of over 50 unlisted property funds. Prior to that, Matthew was the Deputy CFO at Sydney Airport, managing financial operations during a critical transition period, and served as CFO at Rawson Group, leading financial management for a $500 million land development and home building company. Matthew's extensive experience also includes significant roles at Stockland, where responsibilities spanned financial leadership for $8 billion in commercial property assets, and earlier positions at Galileo Funds Management, Ernst & Young/Andersen, and Treasury Company, focusing on financial audits and operational management in the real estate sector. Matthew holds qualifications as a Chartered Accountant and has advanced degrees in Law and International Business.
