The Executive General Management team at Landcom is responsible for steering the organization's strategic direction and ensuring effective project execution across various domains. This team oversees project development, built form strategies, human resources and safety, communications and strategy, and financial and commercial operations. By aligning these efforts, they support Landcom’s mission of increasing housing affordability and fostering sustainable urban developments in accordance with NSW Government priorities.
