Timothy McCormick, PE, is a Studio Leader currently at LandDesign, where they leverage their extensive engineering expertise. After completing their Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering and Architectural Engineering with a Structural concentration at Drexel University in 2007, they began their career at CME Associates and progressed through various engineering roles at firms such as Mott Associates and Duffy, Dolcy, McManus & Roesch. In 2016, Timothy earned professional licensure in multiple states, including Florida, New Jersey, New York, Texas, Oklahoma, and Tennessee. Currently, they manage a team at Harris Civil Engineers, focusing on site design and construction engineering in Central Florida. Timothy looks forward to exploring new areas within the engineering field, including island-area engineering and forensics.
