Shilpi Kumari

Shilpi Kumari has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Shilpi started their career in 2007 as a Centre Manager at Shreyansh Luxury Stores Pvt. Ltd., where they were responsible for retail store management and store HR functions, including recruitment, induction, and salary structuring. Shilpi maintained good customer relations during their tenure there until October 2009. In 2010, they joined Lakme Lever Pvt. Ltd. as a Centre Manager, leading a team, implementing systems and processes, building relationships with clients, and handling quotations and follow-ups. Shilpi worked there until September 2010. In 2014, they joined Ducray-Lenoir Ltd as an International Sales Administrator for a brief period before transitioning to LeadGenius as a Project Coordinator. Shilpi fulfilled this role from May 2014 to December 2020. Eventually, they became an Enterprise Project Manager at LeadGenius in December 2020.

Shilpi Kumari completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Biotechnology from Garden City College Of Sc and Mgt. Studies, where they studied from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Biotechnology from Garden City University, from 2001 to 2004.
