Diana Fletschner has been with Landesa since April 2010, where Diana held the title of Senior Gender Expert at the Landesa Center for Women's Land Rights before transitioning to the role of Chief Program Officer. Prior to joining Landesa, Diana served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Washington. Diana holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural and Applied Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Economics from Universidad Nacional de Asuncion in Paraguay.
