Krista Jacobs is currently the Director of Research, Evaluation & Learning at Landesa since April 2020. Before this, Krista served as a Gender Advisor at USAID from July 2013 to April 2020, focusing on Feed the Future initiatives. Prior to that role, Krista worked at ICRW as an Economist from January 2008 to June 2013, where Krista led gender & property rights research and programming. Previously, Krista also worked as an Economist at the International Center for Research on Women and as a Fellow/Economist at the Centers for Disease Control. Krista holds a PhD in Agricultural Economics from the University of California, Davis and an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University.
