Vinoy Ohdar is currently serving as the National Director Program & Operations at Rainbow Foundation India since July 2019. Prior to this, Vinoy worked as a State Director at Landesa/RDI from September 2015 to June 2019, focusing on advocacy for land rights for the poor. With a background in public health and international health programs from the University of Washington, Vinoy also has experience as a Regional Manager at ActionAid, where Vinoy led poverty alleviation efforts in the region. Vinoy's education includes a Post Graduate degree in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service in addition to various leadership and reproductive health programs.
