Frank Berger

Frank Berger is currently an IT Architect at Landeshauptstadt München, where Frank focuses on areas such as Digital Twin, Smart Cities, GIS-Portals, 3D-GIS, and Records Management (e-Akte). Prior to this, Frank worked at Nokia Siemens Networks as a Principal in Technology&Architecture Management and as Head of Department for Systems Engineering. Their extensive experience also includes roles at Siemens AG and Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster. Frank holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Münster.
