Celia Marques

Celia Marques has over 20 years of work experience. Celia began their career in 2000 as a Sales Assistant at Vodafone. Celia then moved on to become an Account Manager - Action Store and Sales Coordinator (Telesales). In 2014, Celia Marques started working as a Sales and Partnership Manager at ATR Portugal, S.A. | Powered by BMW Yacht Sport. In 2017, they became a Single Point of Contact | Global Recruiter at Cross Border Talents. In 2018, Celia Marques took on the role of IT Recruiter at Kelly - Portugal where they were responsible for seeking global talents focused in the IT field, providing Human Resources, Consulting and Career Advice, and creating and publishing correctly formatted job advertisements. In 2019, Celia Marques joined Landing.Jobs as a Senior Account Manager and Professional Global Talent Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the Talent lifecycle and its renewal, providing Talent Advocacy to workers, ensuring the measurement of workers' satisfaction, CV selection and phone screening, interviews, interview preparation for personal one-to-one consultations, preparing contracts, workers' onboarding and offboarding, assisting contractors with invoicing and payments, contractors invoices validation, visa support, account management of strategic clients, and educating people to become Tech Recruiters.

Celia Marques obtained their Bachelor in Sciences from Laureate Education, Inc. in 2017, majoring in Human Resources Management & Strategic Planning with a minor in Internationalization. Celia also completed a Marketing and Customer Loyalty program at Universidade Católica Portuguesa in 2009. Additionally, Celia obtained a certification in Educational Training for Trainers from Nova Etapa in 2009.
