Evan Goldin

Evan Goldin is the President at Landing Locals and a Chief Executive Officer at Parkade. Evan has dedicated himself to changing the way people park by creating a digital parking management system. This system helps apartment buildings, condos, and offices modernize their parking. Tenants are able to rent spots directly through an app, and anyone with an assigned spot can share their spot when they are not using it. This process reduces emissions and congestion.

Evan Goldin has also been a lifelong part-time resident of Lake Tahoe. Evan became worried about the housing crisis facing locals around the lake and the difficulty for homeowners to find tenants in a small-town area like Tahoe. So, they partnered with some full-time Tahoe residents to create Landing Locals. The organization fills a much-needed gap and serves as Tahoe's housing marketplace for locals. They connect homeowners with trusted tenants who need seasonal or long-term housing.

Evan Goldin is also the founder of Canvas and a product manager at Lyft and Zimride. Evan has consulted for the City of Palo Alto in the past.

Evan Goldin has a degree from the University of Pennsylvania in American Evan'story, and is also a certified Scrum Master.
