Shawn Googins

Shawn Googins is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the industry, currently serving as a Realtor at Landing Real Estate since March 2016. Prior to this role, Shawn owned and operated ShawnsLawns, a comprehensive lawn care company, from April 2007 to April 2016, providing a variety of maintenance services. Shawn has also held positions as a Real Estate Agent at The Maine Real Estate Network and as a Retail & Ink Production Manager at Cartridge World. Additional experience includes a role as a Security Officer at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Real Estate from Arthur Gary School of Real Estate and studies at Southern Maine Community College and York County Community College, following a high school education at Scarborough High School. Shawn is currently focusing on expanding the client base in several Maine areas including Westbrook, Windham, and Portland.
