Kelly Maynard is a startup operator with a strong track record in building and scaling teams, products, and revenue in high-ambiguity environments. They were a pivotal member of the leadership team at Barsala, contributing to its growth to a $20M annual revenue and subsequent $30M acquisition by Landing. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Product at Landing, Kelly has led initiatives that scaled the OTA function to account for 35–40% of total company revenue and developed key systems that enabled regulatory functions for over 2,000 STR units in 2025. Prior to their roles in tech startups, Kelly worked as a pathology lab assistant at the University of Michigan from 2010 to 2015.
