Troy S. has extensive experience in equipment management and landscape maintenance. Currently serving as Equipment Manager at The Landings Club since June 2011, Troy S. oversees the repair and maintenance of golf and landscape equipment, managing all operational aspects including training, preventative maintenance, work order management, record keeping, inventory, budgeting, and fleet maintenance. In addition, Troy S. has been the Owner of Marsh Breeze Lawn Care since 2020, specializing in landscape maintenance and environmentally sustainable practices. Troy S. holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Ferris State University and an Associate's degree in Accounting from Savannah Technical College.
