Larry Zook

President/CEO at Landis Homes

Larry Zook began their work experience in 1982 as the Director of Administrative Services at Eastern Mennonite Missions. Larry then served as the Start-Up Coordinator for Bridge of Hope in 1988 during a sabbatical from EMM. In 1992, they worked as an English Teacher at Chongqing Normal University in China. Larry joined Landis Homes in 1994 as the Vice President of Resources and later became the President/CEO in 2007. Larry continued to hold the position of President/CEO when Landis Communities was formed in 2011.

Larry Zook completed their education in a chronological manner. Larry first attended Lancaster Mennonite School from 1976 to 1980, where they completed a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Following this, they enrolled at Millersville University of Pennsylvania from 1980 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS in Business Administration and Management, with a focus in General Management. Lastly, they pursued postgraduate studies at Eastern University from 1986 to 1990, earning an MBA in Management/Urban Economic Development. Additionally, Larry Zook holds a certification as a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Certified Practitioner, although specific details regarding the timing and institution of obtaining the certification are not provided.
