Solomon V Staten Sr.

Solomon V Staten Sr. has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Solomon V started their career at Sprint Nextel as an RF Engineer II, where they focused on CDMA 1xRTT optimization for a period of ten years. Later, they joined Telnet inc as a Senior RF Engineer, coordinating the design and conversion of cell sites to WiMAX technology while maintaining cross-functional collaboration. Solomon V then worked at ProMedia Telecom Inc as a Senior RF Engineer & Deployment Manager, leading the implementation and deployment of EV-DO carriers for Verizon Wireless. In 2011, they joined Landis+Gyr, initially as a Network Design Engineer II, managing design engineering projects for utility customers and providing training to engineers in Japan. Solomon V then progressed to the role of Lead Network Design Engineer, overseeing project management, orchestrating technology infrastructure upgrades, and spearheading process improvements. As a Principal Network Design Engineer, they currently focus on pre-sales processes, stakeholder communication, and network design.
