Carlos Paulet

Carlos Paulet, PCC/ACTC, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience across various organizations. As the CEO of X-Factor Consulting Group since 2006, Carlos drives performance enhancement strategies. In 2016, Carlos co-founded Catalina Art, dedicated to bringing art therapy to children with cancer. Additionally, Carlos serves as Vice President of Technology at The Alexcel Group and engages with Landit as an Executive Coach and Expert Facilitator, focusing on performance and career success for diverse groups. Carlos's coaching expertise extends to multiple other roles, including Executive Coach at CoachSource LLC and Stakeholder Centered Coaching by Marshall Goldsmith, as well as Senior Leadership Facilitator at Westwood International. Academic contributions include professorships at ESAN and Universidad del Pacífico, where Carlos taught courses in Executive Leadership Development and Coaching.
