Holly Tompson, PhD, PCC

Director of Coaching Excellence at Landit

Holly Tompson, PhD, PCC has extensive work experience in various roles related to coaching, leadership, and academia. Holly started their career at Florida Southern College in 2011 as an Assistant Professor of Management and Leadership, where they worked until December 2015. In 2016, Holly joined Rice University as the Associate Director of Coaching, a role they held until January 2019. Later in 2016, they joined Landit as the Director of Coaching Excellence. In December 2018, Holly began working at the Center for Creative Leadership as a Senior Faculty & Executive Coach. Throughout their career, Holly has demonstrated expertise in coaching, leadership development, and academia.

Holly Tompson, PhD, PCC has a diverse education history. Holly obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business and Psychology from Trinity University in 1990. Following that, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the University of South Carolina, completing their degree in 1994. In 2014, Holly pursued further education and received certification in Leadership Coaching through Georgetown University and the International Coaching Federation. Additionally, they hold a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coach Federation.
