Kussai El-Chichakli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, coaching, and marketing across various prestigious companies. As the Founder of the C-enter since January 2023, Kussai focuses on transforming dysfunctional teams into effective ones. Kussai also serves as an Associate Consultant at RELEVANT Managementberatung and as an Associate Partner at Leadership Choices, a global executive coaching organization. Previous roles include Director Marketing/VP Commercial Development at Coca-Cola European Partners Deutschland GmbH, where Kussai managed a significant beverage portfolio, and Water Director Germany at The Coca-Cola Company, achieving notable brand transformations. Kussai's career began at Procter & Gamble, with progressive roles in brand and customer marketing. Kussai holds a Master's degree in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy from the University of Oxford, completed the Stanford Executive Program, and possesses a Master’s degree in International Business Administration from WU Vienna.
