Charles Chan

Charles Chan has been working in the technology industry since 2005. Charles began their career as a Systems Consultant at Datacom in 2005. In 2007, they moved to ASB Bank as a Software Engineer, where they developed a straight-through loan processing system and a redesigned loan origination system with an emphasis on automating workflow. In 2010, they became a Mobile Developer at Fiserv Auckland (M-Com). In 2011, they joined Fiserv as a Channel Development Lead and IT Contractor. In 2018, they founded and became the CEO/Founder of Landlord Studio, a mobile-first platform for property management. As CEO, their primary areas of responsibility include product strategy, implementation of scalable growth strategies, ensuring the company is well funded, and attracting the most capable and passionate people.

Charles Chan attended The University of Auckland from 2003 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with an Information Systems Specialization.
