Currently serving as the HR Systems Project Manager at Landmarc Solutions since February 2022, Andrew has previously held significant roles, including Group Training and Development Manager and HRIS Manager at Last Mile Infrastructure Group. This role encompassed nationwide responsibilities for training, organizational development, and HRIS activities. Andrew's expertise extends to various leadership positions in educational institutions and engineering firms, complemented by a strong academic foundation in Human Resource Development, Adult Education, Computer Integrated Manufacture, and Manufacturing Systems Engineering.

Landmarc's 24 hour National Service Centre (NSC) also provides a single national point of contact for any user of the UK Defence Training Estate and the general public to answer queries, report break-downs or raise service requests.
