Jake Clay

Jake Clay is a construction management professional with extensive experience in project estimation and management. Currently serving as a Project Estimator at Landmark Aquatic, LLC since March 2024, Jake previously held the position of Project Manager/Superintendent at Allied Outdoor Solutions from April 2021 to April 2024, overseeing 375 remodels with a total project value exceeding $18 million. Earlier roles include Estimator at GMi, where more than $20 million in drywall contracts were estimated, and internship positions at Harvey-Cleary Builders and The Lemoine Company, LLC, focusing on construction management and estimating. Jake holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Louisiana State University.
