Dakota Stad is an experienced professional in the field of quality systems and risk management, currently serving as the Head of Quality Systems at Landmark Bio since January 2025. Previously, Dakota held the role of Lead, Quality Management Systems at Amylyx Pharmaceuticals from January 2022 to June 2024, where responsibilities included directing comprehensive quality management systems and enhancing operational efficiency. At Resilience, Dakota created and led a predictive risk analytics platform to proactively manage risks. As the Head of Predictive Risk Analytics & Human Performance, initiatives were implemented to improve training and inspection processes. Earlier experience as a Quality Systems Engineer at Sanofi Genzyme involved managing CAPA and deviation systems, achieving significant compliance improvements. Dakota's career began at the American Red Cross with roles focused on manufacturing and quality control of blood components, further solidifying a strong foundation in quality standards and process improvement.
