Samantha Gutierrez is an experienced customer care professional with a strong background in managing customer solutions and services. Currently serving as a Customer Care Coordinator at Landmark Ceramics since May 2021, Samantha is involved in manufacturing and marketing high-quality porcelain ceramic tiles for various applications, focusing on building long-term partnerships through exceptional service. Prior experience at Time Logistics, Inc. spanned nearly nine years in various roles, including Director of Customer Solutions, where oversight of the Customer Solutions department ensured high service standards. Samantha holds an Associate of Science in History from Columbia State Community College and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Sociology at East Tennessee State University.
